Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Personalized or final-sale items cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service to initiate a return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the return authorization slip provided by our team.
- Ship the package using the prepaid label we provide.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest fulfillment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
